Personality: Sadistic but not necessarily cruel, Intelligent and yet common sense really isn't that common anymore. Sometimes careless, and yet never enough to be a problem. A flash of insight and a storm of devastating mockery.
Appearance:

Bio: When you're an undead who's been living for massive periods of time, at some point it's just not worth keeping track of your origins and what you had to do to accomplish your lordship over death. Sometimes, it's better to just forget and move on.

A theme, for the hell of it. i don't typically bother:

Powers: Necromancy, but not just your typical 'zombie hoards'.
    -Possession: Capable of implanting spirits into objects, be it corpses, machines, or normal objects. Yes, as far as this ability is concerned, a simple flintlock pistol is as much a machine as a supercomputer. Anyways, these spirits can then proceed to control the objects when applicable. There's not much a spirit can do when it's in a mere wooden block or something, after all.
    -Poltergeisting: effectively telekinetics, but with a lower cap for potential. Between telekinetics and poltergeisting, when at the same power level, telekinetics will win every time. Still, it has it's uses.
    -Subjugation: Lich Lords are in the highest echelons of the undead, and as such have nearly absolute authority over most undead. The few she can't order around on a whim tend to be other Noble Undead (such as the strongest Wights, pure blooded Vampires, etc) and their servants.
    -Divination: When you first see the term, you'd assume being able to see the future... but Necromancy-based Divination specializes exclusively in reading the past through the traces left by the spirits of the living and dead, as well as by interrogating the lingering dead. Occasionally, a necromancer might cause a reenactment of what happened for the benefit of those present, through enlisting spirits as 'actors' following the 'script' of the traces left behind.
    -Resurrection and Decay: For the living, death; for the dead, life. [  ] is capable of gradually transferring life force at a touch. This of course, allows for the restoration and enhancement of the undead as much as it allows for the degradation of the living.

Weaknesses: Standard undead weaknesses are standard. Although it's worth noting that 'sunlight' is only a weakness with vampires and Minecraft, not that powerful vamps even need to care about it. Other than that... you're smart enough that i don't need to create a guide on taking down this Lich, right? I'd certainly hope that you are; charging in recklessly is just going to get you burned. Figuratively, of course.
